Point-of-Entry (POE) systems clean and filter all the water as it comes into your home so every source is clean. These systems are obviously much larger and more costly, but ensure water to every location (all bathrooms, kitchen, the washing machine, hot water heater, etc) is treated. Water with high levels of iron and other minerals can cause staining of toilets and clothes and strong odors (either sulfur or chlorine) can create less desirable showering. Mineral deposits also build up in hair causing less manageability. These systems are customized to ensure you only treat the issues specific to your water. While the POE systems are designed to treat all water as it enters the building, during installation we can divert the water to your external faucets so it remains untreated.
