Coastal UV Solutions was created in 2006 to focus entirely on improving indoor air and water quality. It evolved from our professional cleaning company, Schuman's Commercial Cleaning, Inc.  as the need from builders, architects, landlords, homeowners, business owners, school and nursing home administrators, and others for complete IAQ solutions increased.  Recent lawsuits and the public's fear over exposure to mold, allergens, viruses and other contaminants have led to a real demand for effective, safe, and affordable IAQ and water products and services.  And they needed someone to weed through all the gimmicks, quick-fixes, and fragmented systems. 

 We started with just plasma air purifiers and UV lights for HVAC systems.  The more research we conducted, the more we found could be done to ensure our indoor air is as pure as possible.  So in addition to our continuous research, we have aligned ourselves will THE leaders in air and water quality.  We have researchers, developers, chemists and biologists, mechanical engineers, remediaters, duct cleaners, and lead inspectors all working with us to make sure we are constantly on the cutting edge of technology.  Not only do we have the best products, services, and consultants, but we are committed to doing it in an environmentally friendly way and we strive to choose products that are non-toxic, safe for your family and all-around "green".  In fact we test almost everything in our homes first.

Coastal UV Solutions owned and operated by Heath Schuman. A graduate of Salisbury University, he has extensive experience in cleaning and business management. Mr. Schuman has over 22 years of experience as the owner of Schuman's Cleaning Service, Inc. and Schuman's Commercial Cleaning, Inc, and has built his companies based on trust and customer service.   In addition to his business background, Heath has a daughter with severe allergies.  Many of our products and services were developed and added in our search for a super-clean environment for our home.  We are happy to say that she is now symptom-free while at home - she sleeps much better and is overall much healthier and less prone to other viral infections since her immune system is not constantly under attack.  And the rest of the family feels much better as well.  We know this solution-based approach works.  Contact us for more information on how we can tailor a solution for you.
